Rear wheel bearings have the job of keeping your wheels attached to the axle. On older BMWs, these can wear out, with potentially catastrophic results. Often the first signs are a metallic knocking, grinding, or clicking noise from the back of the vehicle. This replacement rear wheel bearing kit is manufactured by FAG, an original equipment supplier of bearings to BMW, and repackaged by IPD.
